Stephanie Blundell
Principal
Experienced in all aspects of real estate, Stephanie spent almost 20 years in the construction and property development industry Coordinating the marketing and sales on housing developments, three story walk ups, town houses and high rise developments on the Gold Coast before making the move back to Brisbane to focus on Property Management.
Stephanie has been the principal of Brisbane Property Market since 2010 when she saw a demand in the market for attentive property managers who offer owners a high level of personalised service. Stephanie keeps up to date with current market developments and her drive and enthusiasm for the industry encourages the team to do their best for our clients.
Morgan Schemioneck
Property Manager | Sales Associate
Beginning her career in 2013, Morgan has had the opportunity to experience various roles across the real estate industry including marketing and sales administration, rental assistant and senior property manager. Having a genuine passion for the industry, Morgan manages the office administration from initial application processing and sign up, right through to routine inspections and finalising vacates. Morgan also enjoys watching our new builds progress and seeing all our clients achieve their goals through real estate.
Before finding her calling in the industry, Morgan completed a Bachelor of Public Relations majoring in Advertising which is a great asset for the team in the marketing of rental and sales properties. Morgan’s excellent communication skills and attention to details are invaluable in negotiations with owners, tenants and purchasers.
